We kicked off the holidays really early this year by attending a pre-Thanksgiving production of a A Christmas Carol at the Goodman Theatre. We absolutely loved it, in large part to the amount of music that was featured so prominently throughout the show - a really nice blend of quiet, softer carols with the awesomeness of a full blown Fezziwig dance party. With that in mind, here's a mix of a lot of jingly jangly tunes from modern day folks, with the frequent appearance of a mellower, boozier tune from an earlier era.1.
